I get the impression they flagged it because it was “provocative content uploaded by minor(s)”.

Freeze the video when it comes up, and full-screen to see the strike letter.

Is this true? Is there some way to verify whether Jamarl is older than 18?

I can sympathize with YouTube if he’s under 18. There’s no way for them to know whether he’s mature enough to be (potentially) endangering himself with content I think we’d all agree is “provocative”.

Still, there should be some way his parents/guardian can take responsibility for getting YouTube to stop “protecting” him.
