- There is evidence of Russian “hacking”. It was publicized in the CrowdStrike report* over a year ago. Granted, not conclusive, several important caveats were mentioned in that same report, and others have been mentioned by other people (including CrowdStrike’s incentives for bias). I was skeptical.
- “Hacking” is not the same as “interference”. The “interference” narrative would seem to be vague and unsupported references to “hacking” along with some actual evidence of deliberate seeding and amplification of “fake news” with an anti-Hillary bias. How much difference if made, and whether it was “legal”, remain an open question.
